Refund policy

Return Period: We offer a 14-day period from the receipt of the order to request a return. After this period, we will not be able to accept returns or process refunds or exchanges.

Conditions for Return: To be accepted, the item must be unused and in perfect condition, just as you received it. Please ensure that all returned items are in their original packaging and include all original tags and accessories.

Return Process: If you wish to return a product, please contact us at returns@vereservisto.com. A member of our team will be available to assist you and provide detailed instructions on the return process and procedure for obtaining a refund.

Customs and Duty Fees: For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs or duty fees may apply. The customer is responsible for covering these costs. If the fees are not paid and the order is not received, a refund will not be possible.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send an email notification. The refund will then be processed and credited to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

Promotional Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, promotional or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
